• Includes Two 1-Button Remotes w/3 Features:
  Simple control of all three funtions of the system with just one button. Two 1-button remote transmitters that will LOCK, UNLOCK, and activate the REMOTE STARTER. Press & release the remote's button just 1 time to lock your vehicle's doors, 2 times to unlock, and press & hold for 3 seconds to activate the remote starter.
   
• Extended Range:
  All features of the system can be activated from up to 1500 feet away.
   
• 7 Remote Start Run Times to Choose From:
  When ordering the system, you will be asked to choose how long you want the remote starter to run for until it times out and the system shuts down. You'll have the choice of 3, 5, 10, 15 (Industry standard), 25, 30, and 35 Minutes.
   
• Automatic Heat and AC Activation:
  Just pre-set your vehicle's climate controls to the setting you want when parking the vehicle, and the system will automatically activate the vehicle's HVAC circuit 5 seconds after the vehicle has been remote started.
   
• Active Key Take-Over:
  The vehicle will remain running by the remote starter even after the driver's door is opened, no need to start your vehicle twice.
   
• GAS or Diesel Compatible:
  The Flashlogic GM10-VSS system has an on-board pre-programmed setting which will automatically delay the crank/start output time to allow for proper glow-plug warming.
   
• Open Hood and Brake Monitoring for Safety & Security:
  In the event that the vehicle's brake pedal is stepped on before the vehicle's ignition is turned on with a key, the remote starter will immediately shut down. Same if the hood is opened while the vehicle is running via the remote starter, the system will immediately shut down. And if the hood is open before remote start activation, the vehicle will not remote start at all.
   
• Horn Honk ON or OFF Choice:
  When ordering the system, you will be asked to choose whether you want your vehicle's horn to beep when activating the remote starter system or not.

• Active Key Take-Over Feature: 
  The remote starter remains running when the driver's door is opened.

• Active Remote Quick Shut-Down Feature: 
  Change of plans and you don't need the remote starter to run for its complete run time after activation, you can immediately shut down the remote starter the same way you activated it.

• Parking Lights ON while Running Option:
  Optional connection that will turn on your vehicle's parking lights while it's running by the remote starter for visual confirmation. Just one quick & easy plug-in T-Tap connection from the system to one wire in the vehicle is all that would be needed. Not a required connection.

PART I: INSTALLATION DESCRIPTION
The system's installation guide will provide full illustrations and color photos of your vehicle's wiring/plugs

STEP #1: Remote both the vehicle's lower dash panel and lower steering column covers:

STEP #2: Unplug both the vehicle's IGNITION HARNESS #1 and PK3 HARNESS #2 located on the bottom of the steering column, and plug them both into the matching plugs on the system's T-Harness:

STEP #3: Insert both the matching plugs from the T-Harness into the empty plugs on the steering column where the vehicle's IGNITION harness and PK3 harness were removed:

STEP #4: Now plug both the T-Harnesses's BLACK and BLUE plugs on the opposite end of the T-Harness into the corresponding black and blue plugs on the Flashlogic module: Ths system installation is now complete, continue to "system-to-vehicle programming" steps:

PART II: SYSTEM to VEHICLE PROGRAMMING

STEP #1: Close and reopen the driver's door: Insert a key into the ignition and turn the ignition into the ACCESSORY position: In response, the LED on the Flashlogic module will turn ON Solid RED:

STEP #2: As soon as the RED LED turns ON, turn the ignition forward into the ON position (DO NOT start the vehicle): In response, the LED on the module will turn Solid GREEN for 2 seconds then turn OFF:

STEP #3: As soon as the GREEN LED turns OFF, turn the ignition OFF and remove key: The system is now programmed to the vehicle, DONE! Test remote start activation!
