MotorCityRemotes.com will directly repair or replace the system after our technical support line has been contacted and one of our technical support representatives has determined that the unit has failed under normal every day use for a period of 2-years from date of delivery. MotorCityRemotes.com does not honor any outside private, or professional determinations of a defective product. A MotorCityRemotes.com technical support staff member must make this determination and will supply an RMA number for any component
14-DAYS from DATE-OF-DELIVERY RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:
Any component(s) provided by MotorCityRemotes.com can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days from date-of-delivery provided that the component(s) are still in their complete original delivery condition including any and all supplied manuals, additional parts, connector pkgs. etc. Absolutely no returns or refunds are accepted on any electronic parts where an attempt of installation was performed. Additionally, on any replacement remotes, replacement parts, and all audio components that show any signs of scratches, wear, dirt, illegible labels, etc. will not be acceptable for a return refund. Only warranty and technical support will be provided. A 12% vehicle specific set-up labor service fee will be deducted from all returned VSS systems.
